1. Loading and unloading company products. 2. Compiling accurate delivery records and reports. 3. Obtaining clients’ and customers’ signatures as an acknowledgment of having received the delivered products. 4. Reporting all delivery-related problems to logistic department. 5. Manages difficult or emotional customer situations; responds promptly to customer needs; meets commitments. (Treats people with respect, keep commitments and works with integrity and ethically.) 6. Liaising with the main office or the warehouse logistics team to notify the driver of any changes to daily routes. 7. Assisting with the unloading of the delivery vehicle at the end of each shift. 8. Ensuring that all safety policies and procedures are adhered to. 9. Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness and completes work in timely manner. 10. Adapts to changes in the work environment; manages competing demands; changes approach or method to best fit the situation; able to deal with frequent change, delays, or unexpected events. 11. Responsible for assembling, testing, inspecting, and packaging per work instructions. 1. Prepare product for delivery, including cleaning, limited inspecting, packaging, and shipping newly manufactured parts. 2. Perform detailed inspection on all parts within the facility. 3. Prioritize work orders with other colleagues to ensure production schedules are maintained. 4. Comply with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements. 5. Maintain a clean and organized work area to facilitate manufacturing functions. 6. Complete scrap records, training records, and other documentation as required 7. Complete basic production, health, safety, and environmental hazard training courses as required 8. Communicate status of work and report problems with quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the Production Manager 9. Other duties as assigned by the Production Manager
1. Install and test to ensure working correctly. 2. Educating the client on how to use and maintain their refrigerator. 3. Perform maintenance and provide customer support. 4. Diagnose problems and come up with solutions to repair. 5. Fill out detailed reports and keep records on services that have been performed. 6. Explain issue with equipment and repairs to customers. 7. Build and maintain relationships with customers. 8. Maintain a safe, orderly and cleanliness environment of work area and service vehicle. 9. Strictly follow the service’s SOP and schedule to perform professional maintenance and repair service in timely manner on customer complaint matters. 10. Any other duties that may reasonably be requested by Upper Management and that fall within the grade and scope of the post.
